Annual General Meeting

RHASS’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is planned for the afternoon of Wednesday 30 April 2025 at the Royal Highland Centre. Please join us as this is a great opportunity to catch up with fellow Members, ask questions of the Directors and learn more about the work of the charity.

As highlighted at the 2024 AGM, proposals to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of RHASS’s governance are being developed and we aim to bring these to you, the Members, at the 2025 AGM.

Information on timings and how to join will be posted on our website and social media and emailed to all members for whom we hold an email address.

Election of Ordinary Directors 2025-2029

RHASS Members who are over the age of 16 and reside in Scotland are entitled to stand for election as an Ordinary Director for the area in which they are resident. Nominations are now open for Ordinary Directors* for the term 2025-2029. The closing date for receipt of nominations is 5pm Wednesday 15 January 2025.

In the event of there being two or more valid nominations in any area, information on how to vote will be provided to all members who are resident in that area.
