Dear RHASS members,

The 237^th Annual General Meeting of RHASS will take place on Wednesday 28 April 2021 at 16.00 hours.

Because of current restrictions on gatherings, this meeting will be held via Zoom with advance registration required and all members who wish to attend are asked to register via www.mi-nomination.com/rhassagm2021. Registrations will open at 9am 16 April and close at 5pm 26 April 2021.

You will need to provide a valid email address and we will use the email address that you provide to send you details of how to log on and vote and to send you the papers for the AGM.

To take advantage of the flexibility offered by technology, the Board of Directors, in accordance with the Bye-Laws, have resolved that references to “personally present” in the Bye-Laws re a General Meeting include attendance via a virtual or online platform and that a poll at a General Meeting may be held by electronic, virtual or online means.

The AGM is a great opportunity for all members to put their questions to the Board and to find out about the progress made by the Society in a very challenging year and we encourage you to come along, albeit virtually.
