HELP SHAPE SCOTLAND’S FUTURE
The Royal Highland Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS) is seeking two new Trustees to join its Council and play a key role in shaping the Society’s future.
Founded in 1784, RHASS champions agriculture and rural life in Scotland. It runs the Royal Highland Show—the country’s largest outdoor event—and oversees a diverse portfolio including property, a thriving events business, and charitable initiative
Following recent governance reforms, RHASS is looking for Trustees to deliver strategy, financial oversight, compliance, and charity governance. As part of a small, dynamic Trustee Board, you’ll help steer a complex and evolving organisation with wide-reaching impact.
RHASS is best known for delivering the iconic Royal Highland Show, attracting exhibitors and visitors from across the UK. Its events arm, Highland Centre Ltd, hosts a wide range of events across its 280-acre Edinburgh site—from outdoor exhibitions to concerts and private functions. The site also includes a wide variety of tenants, making it a key commercial asset.
