Minutes of the 2025 RHASS AGM & GM

Following the approval of the changes to the Royal Charter and Bye-Laws by the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 April, and the appointment of Trustees to the Council by the Members at the General Meeting (GM) on 9 July, we are pleased to confirm that RHASS has received royal assent from the Privy Council to those changes.

The new governance structure therefore came into effect as planned on 16 July 2025. The draft minutes for the AGM and GM are available by clicking the links below.
