RHASS Mighty Munro Muster – Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before completing the sign-up process.

By signing up for the RHASS Mighty Munro Muster (“Challenge”), I, the undersigned participant (“Participant”), acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation : I understand that my participation in the Challenge is voluntary and I have chosen to participate entirely at my own risk.
2. Assumption of Risk : I am aware that participation in the Challenge may involve certain risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, or property damage. I assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me, of my participation in this Challenge.
3. Release of Liability : I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Challenge organisers, sponsors, and any other parties involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the Challenge from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or otherwise.
4. Medical Fitness : I declare that I am medically and physically fit and able to participate in the Challenge. I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
5. Compliance with Rules : I agree to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Challenge and to follow the instructions of the Challenge organisers at all times.
6. Media Release : I consent to the use of my name, image, and likeness, as well as any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken of me during the Challenge for promotional, marketing, or any other purpose by the Challenge organisers.
7. Fundraising: I commit to raising the minimum amount of funds for the Challenge prior to taking part, or I will not be allowed to complete the Challenge.
8. Age Limit: I agree that I am over the age of 18 when signing up for this Challenge.
9. Cancellation: I understand that if the Challenge is cancelled or I can no longer take place that the registration fee is non-refundable.
10. Hiking Route and Transport: I understand and declare that I am responsible for planning my own route and providing my own transport to and from the start and finishing point of my allocated Munro. I declare that I am also responsible for planning the route up and down my allocted Munro, adhearing to existing pathways where possible.
