Getting Involved

For over 235 years, RHASS has worked to fulfil its founding charitable mission to develop, grow and promote the rural economy of Scotland and to support the people who work in our rural communities.

We fulfil this mission in a number of important ways: by championing the very best standards in agriculture, forestry and stewardship of the countryside, by showcasing the best in farming, food and rural life, by rewarding excellence and innovation, by supporting the next generation, and by recognising loyalty and long service.

As a charity we rely on voluntary support so we can continue and grow our charitable work.  The cancellation of the 2020 Royal Highland Show due to the Covid-19 pandemic, will impact significantly on the resources available to us this year, so your help is more important than ever before.
